SHIPPING POLICY
COST
Australia:
- All orders will have shipping costs added to the purchase price in the cart.
- Prices are calculated based on location distance from our dispatch centre.
- Shipping costs are inclusive of GST.
- Orders places before 3pm will be dispatched the next day to major Australian cities.
- Delivery will occur 1-2 days from dispatch.
- Any orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be processed on Mondays.
- Weekend orders will be processed on Mondays.
- Orders placed on Public holidays will be processed the next business day.
International:
International Deliveries are currently not available. If you require your order to be shipped Internationally, please email Bondi Linen at hello@bondilinen.com to organize.
All international charges such as Duty and taxes are payable by the receiver. Bondi Linen does not accept responsibility for these charges. For us to comply with Australian export regulations, we must declare the exact value of all and they must be marked as dutiable “Merchandise”. We cannot by law mark an item as “gift”, even if that is the intention by the customer.
If shipment is refused, the customer is still responsible for all shipping charges and duties on the order that have been incurred. This will be deducted on your refund once the items are returned into stock.
TRACKING
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a tracking number and tracking details from Bondi Linen.
Your order can then be tracked via the link provided.
Orders will be sent using Sendle courier service.
Please refer Sendle’s website when shipping outside of all major metro areas and capital cities within Australia for postage times. www.sendle.com
Bondi Linen is not responsible for guaranteeing delivery times. We will assist in getting you your order ASAP however we are not responsible for delivery once it leaves head office.
All orders returned to send due to not being claimed at destination will be returned into stock and refunded. However, all postage and freight charges are for the customer, these items can be re-shipped at the customers cost.
Bondi Linen may request additional identification to verify a card holders’ identity. Such as Drivers licence, Passport, postcode association with the credit card or other identification that will help confirm the identity of the card holder. Such measures are taken to prevent credit card fraud.
During busy periods such as Christmas, New Year Day and Easter, delays can be expected, and we ask you take this into account when ordering around these times.
