If we fail to receive any response from you, any monies received will be refunded using the original payment method and the order will be considered as cancelled.

 

In the event of an incorrect price listed due to a typographical or other error, Bondi Linen has the right to cancel or refuse orders placed for the product listed incorrectly whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled, Bondi Linen will credit this amount back to your credit card.

 

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

ORDER POLICY

Bondi Linen reserves the right at any time after your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Bondi Linen reserves the right without any prior notice to the customer to provide a quantity less than the quantity ordered of an item. Any order placed will need an acceptable method of payment and we may require additional information for verification before accepting any order.

 

PRICING

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

 

Prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax at the rate of 10%). Delivery costs will be charged in addition. Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Bondi Linen can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Bondi Linen reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we not be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

 

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided by Bondi Linen are estimates only. Bondi Linen will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. If multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where the stock is not available or shipped from multiple locations. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Bondi Linen cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

  

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within five working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. Once goods have been used and or washed this constitutes acceptance of the goods.

 

WARRANTY

The Australian Consumer Law provides that items which we supply come with warranties that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Nothing in the terms limits:

• our liability for fraud;
• our liability for death or personal injury caused by a breach of our duty to exercise reasonable care and skill;
• any breach of our obligations implied by law; or
